Data processing authorization

I authorize Ágata María to collect, store and process the photo I upload —including my facial and body image— for the sole purpose of generating, via artificial intelligence, a preview of how the garment would look on me.

The photo and the resulting image will be stored securely and, if I authorize it below, may be used for the brand’s marketing. They will not be sold or shared with third parties except the technology providers needed to deliver the service.

I know my rights to access, update, correct and delete my data and to revoke this authorization by writing to datos@agatamaria.com. See the Data Processing Policy.

I declare that I am over 18 and that the photo is mine or I have permission from the person in it.
